Abstract

OF INVENTION "LOCKING DEVICE FOR DISPOSABLE SYRINGES". The locking systems object of this patent, are of very low cost and of very high efficiency. Syringes with plunger locking, rubber puncture and needle locking syringe devices make them 100% safe. Syringes with this process, are perfectly functional as those that do not have the device, they can open and close as many times as you want, they are no longer heavy, they are totally the same. The difference is that the syringe with the device only changes when the needle is penetrated into the epidermis, generating greater pressure on the plunger rubber, at the beginning of the application, in this process, the device is activated and only allows a flow of the plunger, the application, as the plunger no longer returns because the claws are supported on the inner wall of the syringe, at the end of the operation, the syringe becomes totally unusable, as the stem does not move, it is locked, the needle is also locked, if any excessive effort to pull the plunger, the claws will pierce the syringe wall and pierce the rubber, so it will be impossible to use the same syringe more than once, even the needle cannot be removed for use in other syringes.
