Abstract

<B>"MéTODO PARA APERFEIçOAMENTO DE IMAGENS ULTRA-SÈNICAS, COMPOSIçãO FORMADORA DE IMAGEM ATRAVéS DE ULTRA-SOM E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA MICROPARTìCULA FORMADA POR UM POLìMERO BIOCOMPATìVEL COM ECOGENICIDAD AUMENTADA"<D>. Foi descoberto que a incorporação de gases fluorados, especialmente um perfluorocarbono como octafluoropropano, em micropartículas poliméricas sintéticas melhora a ecogenicidade quando comparadas com micropartículas contendo ar. O perfluorocarbono é fabricado com um diâmetro adequado para o tecido alvo cuja imagem será formada, por exemplo, para administração via intravenosa ou oral. Em um modelo, micropartículas bioaderentes são produzidas para melhorar a formação de imagens de superfícies mucosas.
