Abstract
<B>Método para Esvaziar por Punção Fornos a Arco Elétrico, Fornos-Concha ou Funís e Correspondente Dispositivo para Punção<D>compreendendo: um método de esvaziamento, para metal fundido, de recipientes (13) que incluem na parte de baixo um canal de corrida (14) associado, na parte de extremidade, com um furo de descarga (15) substancialmente vertical ou aproximadamente vertical, o furo de descarga (15) sendo associado na parte de baixo com um dispositivo de interceptação deslizante (19), e onde o canal de corrida (14) compreende, associado com as paredes, um dispositivo eletromagnético (17) com espirais (18) e um sistema para resfriar as paredes, onde, durante a etapa de fim-de-corrida do metal líquido o dispositivo de interceptação deslizante (19) ativa-se para fechar o furo de descarga (15), possibilitando ao metal que está no canal de corrida (14) solidificar-se de modo a formar ao menos uma camada cujas linhas tanto do canal de corrida (14) como furo de descarga (15) os preenchem completamente, e onde, durante a etapa de início-de-corrida, o dispositivo de interceptação deslizante (19) ativa-se para deixar o furo de descarga (15) livre, o metal que está bloqueando o furo de descarga sendo fundido por meio do dispositivo eletromagnético (17), pela variação das características do fluxo de corrente, e, um dispositivo, que realiza o método como supra descrito, compreendendo meios (38) para alimentar o dispositivo eletromagnético (17) com corrente elétrica em função das etapas de fusão e corrida, o dispositivo de interceptação deslizante (19) compreendendo uma primeira parte (23a) com uma alta resistência ao choque térmico, corrosão e erosão e uma segunda parte (23b), posicionada adjacente à primeira parte (23a), com alta condutividade térmica.
