Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM FECHADURA PARA GAVETAS DE MóVEIS". O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em fechadura para gaveta de móveis, dotada de um sistema aperfeiçoado de trava simultânea de todas as gavetas e de liberação da abertura de somente uma gaveta por vez, evitando o tombamento para frente do móvel. A fechadura aperfeiçoada compreende uma cremona (1) com um cilindro (2) acionado por chave (3). A fechadura é posicionada centralmente na gaveta superior do móvel, cujo mecanismo fica embutido no espelho (4) da gaveta e protegido internamente por um contra-espelho.(5). Internamente, a cremona (1) possui um sistema de engrenagens adequado, que faz rotacionar uma haste (6), elevando um pino extremo (7). O movimento de translação do pino (7) no interior de uma peça (8) com um rasgo (9), solidária a uma barra lateral (10), faz a mesma ser içada, comandando o fechamento das demais gavetas. A barra lateral (10) é montada, preferencialmente, no interior de uma canaleta (11) escavada na parede lateral do móvel (12). A barra lateral (10) possui um pino (13) para cada uma das gavetas. Esse pino (13) desloca-se no interior de uma peça de batente (14) com uma canaleta em rampa (15), solidarizada na lateral de cada uma das gavetas. Uma peça de trava (16) controla o movimento de elevação da barra lateral (10), causando, durante a abertura de uma das gavetas, a elevação da barra lateral (10) pela sua canaleta em rampa (15). Tal fato faz com que os demais pinos (13) da barra lateral (10), correspondentes a cada uma das gavetas, esbarrem nos respectivos batentes (14), bloqueando o avanço das gavetas."CLOSING IMPROVEMENT FOR FURNITURE DRAWERS". The present utility model relates to a new constructional arrangement introduced in a furniture drawer lock, with an improved system of simultaneous locking of all drawers and release of opening only one drawer at a time, avoiding tipping forward of the furniture. The improved lock comprises a cremone (1) with a key actuated cylinder (2) (3). The lock is centrally positioned in the upper drawer of the furniture, whose mechanism is embedded in the mirror (4) of the drawer and internally protected by a counter-mirror (5). Internally, the cremone (1) has a suitable gear system that rotates a rod (6), raising an extreme pin (7). The translational movement of the pin (7) inside a part (8) with a slot (9), in solidarity with a sidebar (10), causes it to be lifted, commanding the closing of the other drawers. The sidebar (10) is preferably mounted within a groove (11) dug in the sidewall of the cabinet (12). The sidebar (10) has a pin (13) for each of the drawers. This pin (13) moves inside a stop part (14) with a ramp channel (15), integral to the side of each drawer. A locking piece (16) controls the lifting motion of the sidebar (10) causing, during opening of one of the drawers, elevation of the sidebar (10) by its ramp channel (15). This fact causes the other pins (13) of the sidebar (10), corresponding to each drawer, to hit the respective stops (14), blocking the advance of the drawers.
