Abstract

<B>"DISPOSIçãO EM IMPRESSORA FISCAL"<D>. O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em equipamento eletrónico destinado a emissão de cupons impressoras de natureza fiscal. A nova disposição construtiva proposta compreende uma unidade de entrada dos dados de venda (1') para o ECF (2'), o qual é dotado internamente de um microprocessador (3') e uma memória fiscal (4'). Para a digitalização dos dados o ECF (2') compreende ainda um módulo de compactação (8) das informações fiscais e um módulo de armazenamento desses dados (9). Estes módulos de armazenamento (9) refere-se a uma memória ou um conjunto de memórias não voltáveis, tais como memórias EPROM, flash, E2PROM, unidades de disco flexível, unidades de dico rígido, ou outras adequadas. A informação é armazenada de tal modo que sua simples leitura não faz sentido. sem que haja o conhecimento de algoritmo de criptografia desses valores. Para permitir a imediata sibstituição do módulo de armazenamento (9) são previstos meios físicos e lógicos (10) que compreendem encaixes mecânico (conectores) e eletrónico (contatos) do módulo de armazenamento com a parte interna do ECF (2'). Com este meio de digitalização de dados extingue-se a restrição de uso mecanismo de impressão por impacto do cupom fiscal, podendo o mesmo ser substituir por mecanismo de impressão não mecânica (11).
