Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE CLINQUER DE CIMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir clinquer de cimento, que apresenta as etapas: - pré-aquecimento de farinha crua em um pré-aquecedor (12), - calcinação da farinha crua pré-aquecida em um calcinador (14), - queima da farinha crua pré-aquecida e calcinada em um forno (16) para formar o clinquer de cimento, - resfriamento do clinquer de cimento em um resfriador (18), - desvio de uma parte dos gases de escape do forno, que fluem para fora do forno (16) como gás de desvio, - resfriamento do gás de desvio em uma câmara mista (60) com um gás refrigerante e ? separação do pó contido no gás de desvio, sendo que o gás refrigerante é pelo menos parcial ou completamente formado a partir do gás de desvio e/ou do gás de escape do calcinador e sendo que o gás refrigerante é introduzido na câmara de mistura (60) em uma razão de 2-10 para 1 em relação ao gás de desvio.
