Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO DE SEPARADOR DE CICLONE. A presente invenção se refere a uma disposição de separador de ciclone (100), compreendendo um aparelho precedente (1) possuindo uma saída (2), e um separador de ciclone (3) possuindo uma entrada (4). A disposição (100) adicionalmente compreende um duto de cruzamento (5) conectado para a saída (2) e a entrada (4) para suprimento de fluxo de gás compreendendo partículas a partir do aparelho precedente (1) para o separador de ciclone (3). O aparelho precedente (1) possui um diâmetro interno horizontal (D), e um canal de fluxo (6) possuindo uma seção transversal possuindo uma altura (H) e uma largura (d), referida largura (d) se relacionando para o diâmetro interno (D) de maneira tal que 0,15 x D < d < 0,6 x D. A largura (d) é uma dimensão do canal de fluxo (6) em um plano horizontal cruzando o centro de gravidade (CF) de uma área de fluxo de lado a lado do canal de fluxo (6) na saída (2) do aparelho precedente. O diâmetro interno (D) é uma largura do aparelho precedente (1) em um plano horizontal cruzando o centro de gravidade (CP) de uma área de fluxo de lado a lado do aparelho precedente (1) e sendo paralelo para a largura (d) do canal de fluxo (6). O canal de fluxo (6) é disposto assimetricamente em uma seção transversal horizontal do aparelho precedente (1).
