Abstract
método para a conversão de insetos em correntes de nutrientes e produtos que resultam dos mesmos. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para converter insetos em correntes de nutrientes, como um purê, um purê enzimaticamente hidrolisado, uma fração de gordura e uma fração de proteína. a invenção se refere ainda ao purê (hidrolisado) e às frações obteníveis pelos ditos métodos e ao seu uso como um alimento ou produto para ração ou como um ingrediente do mesmo. a invenção também se refere a um método para converter larvas de insetos em uma composição com propriedades antioxidantes. dessa forma, a invenção também se refere a um método para converter larvas de insetos em uma composição antioxidante. além disso, a invenção se refere a uma composição com propriedades antioxidantes obteníveis pelo dito método e para o uso da composição como um ingrediente alimentar de promoção de saúde ou como um ingrediente de ração.
