pneumático para veículo pesado de tipo de engenharia civil com uma armadura de topo simplificada. a presente invenção tem como objeto um pneumático para veículo pesado de tipo de engenharia civil do qual a massa é otimizada sem degradação da resistência. o dito pneumático compreende uma armadura de topo (35), radialmente interior a uma banda de rodagem (10) e radialmente exterior a uma armadura de carcaça (50). a armadura de topo (35) compreendendo: - pelo menos uma camada (20), abaixo designada por camada de baixo módulo, formada por reforços metálicos elásticos que têm um alongamento estrutural pelo menos igual a 0,4 %, e um alongamento total em ruptura pelo menos igual a 3 %, e um módulo elástico em extensão compreendido entre 40 gpa e 130 gpa; - pelo menos uma camada (30), abaixo designada por camada rígida, formada por reforços metálicos rígidos, dos quais o alongamento estrutural é inferior ou igual a 0,2 % e dos quais o módulo elástico em extensão está compreendido entre 140 gpa e 200 gpa. a tensão de ruptura da camada rígida (30) é superior ou igual a 120 dan/mm; a relação da tensão de ruptura da camada rígida sobre aquela da camada de baixo módulo é superior ou igual a 1,2; a tensão de ruptura da camada de baixo módulo (20) é superior ou igual a 80 dan/mm; pelo menos uma camada de baixo módulo está em contato com pelo menos uma camada rígida ao longo de uma largura axial w pelo menos igual a 20 % da seção nominal do pneumático no sentido da norma etrto.
