codificador, decodificador e métodos correspondentes para predição inter. um método de predição de fluxo óptico bidirecional, que compreende: obter um par de vetores de movimento inicial para um bloco atual; obter um bloco de predição forward e backward de acordo com o vetor de movimento de avanço e um bloco de predição backward de acordo com o par de vetores de movimento inicial; calcular parâmetros de gradiente para uma amostra atual no bloco atual; obter pelo menos dois parâmetros de fluxo óptico de amostra, que compreendem um primeiro parâmetro e um segundo parâmetro, para a amostra atual com base nos parâmetros de gradiente; obter parâmetros de fluxo óptico de bloco com base em parâmetros de fluxo óptico de amostra de amostras no bloco atual, um dentre os parâmetros de fluxo óptico de bloco é obtido por uma operação que inclui multiplicar um valor do primeiro parâmetro e um valor de uma função sinal do segundo parâmetro, e a função sinal é uma função definida por partes com pelo menos três subintervalos; e obter um valor de predição do bloco atual.
