Abstract

Método e aparelho de utilização de derivação de MV baseada em Padrão (PMVD), fluxo óptico bidirecional (BIO) ou refinamento de MV no lado do decodificador (DMVR) para refinar o movimento para um bloco previsto bidirecional são divulgados de acordo com um método da presente invenção, um primeiro e um segundo blocos de referência compensados por movimento associados ao bloco atual em uma primeira e segunda figuras de referência a partir da lista de figuras de referência 0 e lista 1 são determinados respectivamente. O processo PMVD, processo BIO ou processo DMVR é aplicado para gerar refinamento de movimento para o bloco atual usando dados de referência correspondentes ao primeiro bloco de referência compensado por movimento e o segundo bloco de referência compensado por movimento sem outros dados de referência fora da primeira referência compensada por movimento bloco e o segundo bloco de referência compensado por movimento, de modo a reduzir a largura de banda de memória de sistema necessária. Também é divulgado um método de tamanho de bloco adaptativo para o BIO baseado em blocos.
