Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um freio a disco para um veículo utilitário, com um corpo do freio executado como corpo deslizante, que circunda o disco do freio, o qual está fixado em um suporte do freio (6) estacionário e apresenta uma abertura central acima do disco do freio, com duas pastilhas do freio (3, 3') dispostas no corpo do freio, que podem se movimentar em sentido contrário, apresentando respectivamente uma placa de suporte da pastilha (4) e uma pastilha de fricção (5) fixada nela, das quais uma pastilha do freio (3) no lado de ação ou no lado de aperto pode ser pressionada por meio de um dispositivo de aperto através de pelo menos um punção do freio contra o disco do freio, bem como com pelo menos um dispositivo de reajuste (8), com o qual, depois de um deslocamento e soltura do freio, condicionado ao freio, as pastilhas do freio (3, 3') podem ser retornadas, o freio a disco é executado de tal modo que o dispositivo de reajuste (8) apresenta pelo menos um elemento de reajuste (17, 18) colocado em uma pastilha do freio (3, 3'), o qual está disposto entre essa pastilha do freio (3, 3') e uma referência estacionária, e também exerce uma força de reajuste sobre a pastilha do freio (3, 3'). é preparado um conjunto de pastilhas do freio correspondente.
