Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma seção de torre e a um método de elevação automática da mencionada seção com turbinas eólicas novas ou existentes sobre a sua parte superior, em que o conjunto é elevado até alturas de mais de 120 metros por meio de um sistema de elevação automática que opera no nível do solo e insere gradualmente módulos através da parte inferior. os módulos possuem alturas de 10 a 14 metros e são formados por uma treliça com pelo menos três colunas verticais (5) e com elementos diagonais (6) que reagem aos momentos de torção e forças de corte geradas pela ação do vento. uma parte de transição (7) com uma base (d2) suficiente para elevação com condições de vento de mais de 15 m/s é disposta sobre os módulos. o método de elevação possui diversas etapas, tais como: produção e instalação de fundação (12); montagem da parte de transição (7) sobre um elemento de conexão (15) de uma sapata; montagem da turbina eólica completa com a torre tubular (1), nacele (2) e seu rotor (3); instalação de um sistema de elevação (10) e estruturas de união (14) sobre um elemento de conexão (16) da sapata; elevação de um módulo n; montagem dos diferentes módulos; e, por fim, montagem do módulo final e remoção do sistema de elevação automática.
