Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se ao aparelho para cortar um tecido humano ou animal, como uma córnea ou um cristalino, o dito aparelho incluindo um dispositivo de tratamento para produzir um padrão que consiste em pelo menos dois pontos de impacto em um plano de focalização do feixe de l.a.s.e.r. gerado por um laser de femtosegundo (1), o dispositivo de tratamento sendo posicionado a jusante do dito laser de femtosegundo, notável pelo fato do dispositivo de tratamento compreender um sistema óptico de focalização (5) para focalização do feixe de laser em um plano de corte, e uma unidade de controle (6) capaz de controlar o deslocamento do sistema óptico de focalização ao longo de uma via óptica do feixe de l.a.s.e.r. para deslocamento do plano de focalização em pelo menos três respectivos planos de corte, de modo a formar uma pilha de superfícies para corte do tecido.
