Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um artigo absorvente (1) que tem uma direção longitudinal, uma direção transversal e uma direção de espessura e que compreende uma folha superior permeável a fluido (2), uma folha posterior impermeável a fluido (3) e um núcleo absorvente (4) encerrado entre a folha superior (2) e a folha posterior (3) que tem, na direção longitudinal, uma seção frontal (8), uma seção traseira (9) e uma seção entrepernas (10) entre a seção frontal (8) e a seção traseira (9), sendo que o núcleo absorvente (4) tem duas regiões laterais longitudinalmente estendidas (4d, 4e) e uma região central longitudinalmente estendida (4a) entre as ditas regiões laterais (4d, 4e). a região central (4a) e as regiões laterais (4d, 4e) são separadas na direção transversal pelas regiões de canal longitudinalmente estendidas (4b, 4c). ademais, a largura (w) da região central (4a) na direção transversal é menor do que a largura (ws) de cada uma das regiões laterais (4d, 4e) na direção transversal, pelo menos na seção frontal (8) e na seção traseira (9), e que as regiões de canal (4b, 4c) têm menor base ponderal do que as regiões laterais (4d, 4e) e a região central (4a). a invenção também se refere a um núcleo absorvente (4) e um método para fabricar o dito artigo absorvente (1).
