Abstract
Trata-se de uma plataforma de dispositivo multifuncional abrangente que pode ser configurada de modo variável por operadores clínicos para anatomias específicas de paciente e situações clínicas para tratar oclusões complexas e totais. Essa plataforma de dispositivo permite que médicos de qualquer nível de habilidade tratem de modo eficaz as lesões/oclusões mais desafiadoras e complexas de modo mais conveniente em menos tempo. O Sistema de Cateter Funcionalmente Integrável (?Sistema FICS?) representa um sistema de ?unidades funcionais? que podem ser configuradas juntas para operar sinergicamente e compreende pelo menos cinco ?unidades funcionais? principais, o que inclui: (a) Cateter de Suporte de FICS; (b) Dilatador FICS; (c) Cateter PTA FICS; (d) Pega de Trava de FICS; e (e) Centro de Direcionamento de FICS. Cada ?unidade funcional? pode ser fornecida em uma forma pré-montada pelo fabricante, destinada a ser configurada em combinações variáveis por operadores clínicos.
