Abstract

trata-se de um dispositivo óptico, de preferência um dispositivo de segurança para um documento de segurança, incluindo: um substrato transparente ou translúcido tendo um primeiro lado e um segundo lado; uma primeira camada de representação localizada no primeiro lado do substrato que define uma primeira representação; e uma primeira camada de máscara, compreendendo uma primeira tinta opticamente variável e uma segunda camada de máscara, compreendendo uma tinta opticamente variável, localizada pelo menos parcialmente sobreposta à primeira camada de representação, em que a primeira representação é pelo menos substancialmente opaca e tem um baixo contraste em relação à aparência da primeira e segunda camadas de máscaras quando vistas em reflexão, de modo que a primeira representação é identificável e substancialmente mais visível quando vista em transmissão do que quando vista em reflexão, e método para sua fabricação.
