Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a plantas não transgênicas e transgênicas, de preferência plantas de cultura, com atividade biológi-ca de um indutor haploide e compreendendo um polinucleotídeo que compreende uma sequência de nucleotídeos que codifica uma proteí-na histona h3 de centrômero (cenh3), em que o polinucleotídeo compreende pelo menos uma mutação que causa uma alteração da sequência de aminoácidos da proteína cenh3, e a uma parte da par-te. ainda, a invenção proporciona métodos para gerar as plantas indu-toras, métodos para gerar plantas haploides e duplo-haploides usando as plantas indutoras, assim como a métodos para facilitar a troca de citoplasma.
