Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de papel de embalagem, especialmente papel de saco "kraft", em que em uma preparação de material suspensão de material fibroso é espessada, antes de uma moagem a alta consistência, para uma concentração de sólido na faixa de cerca de 30 % a cerca de 35 %, a peça contínua de material fibroso depois da moagem a alta consistência é submetida a uma moagem a baixa consistência com uma concentração de sólidos na faixa de cerca de 1 % a cerca de 3 %, a suspensão de material fibroso é aplicada por meio de uma entrada de material com uma densidade de material < 0,5 %, especialmente com um densidade de material na faixa de cerca de 0,15 % a cerca de 0,25 %, para desidratação e formação de uma peça contínua de material fibroso à peneira longa de um moldador de peneira longa ou de um moldador híbrido, a peneira longa é estimulada especialmente na faixa de formação de folha inicial para movimentos de vibração, e a peça contínua de material fibroso é ulteriormente desidratada em uma parte de prensagem e seca em uma parte de secagem.
