Abstract

a presente invenção diz respeito a um método para a optimização de motores de combustão interna, que reduz o consumo de combustível e as emissões de gases de escape e material particulado. o princípio de funcionamento do baseia-se na introdução de pequenas quantidades de hidrogénio na conduta de admissão de ar do motor com o objectivo de optimizar a queima dos combustíveis tradicionais, melhorando os parâmetros da reacção de combustão. esta combustão optimizada irá aumentar a eficiência do motor e reduzir o seu impacto ambiental. o hidrogénio é produzido através de uma reação de electrólise numa célula electroquímica fechada de electrólito não circulante.
