Abstract

método para a partida e a operação de um reator de fischer-tropsch a invenção refere-se a um método para a partida e a operação de um reator de fischer-tropsch compreendendo as etapas de: (a) fornecer um reator com um leito fixo de catalisador de fischer-tropsch reduzido que compreende cobalto como metal cataliticamente ativo; (b) abastecer uma corrente de alimentação gasosa compreendendo monóxido de carbono e hidrogênio ao reator, em que a corrente de alimentação gasosa compreende inicialmente um composto que contém nitrogênio diferente de nitrogênio molecular em uma concentração inicial na faixa de 0,1 a 50 ppmv com base no volume da corrente de alimentação gasosa; (c) converter monóxido de carbono e hidrogênio abastecidos na corrente de alimentação gasosa ao reator, em hidrocarbonetos a uma temperatura de reação inicial, em que a temperatura de reação inicial é estabelecida em um valor de pelo menos 200°c e os hidrocarbonetos são produzidos em um primeiro rendimento; (d) manter a temperatura de reação inicial no valor estabelecido e manter o primeiro rendimento diminuindo a concentração do composto que contém nitrogênio na corrente de alimentação gasosa abastecida ao reator; (e) opcionalmente, aumentar a temperatura da reação após a concentração do composto que contém nitrogênio na corrente de alimentação gasosa ter diminuído para um valor abaixo de 100 ppbv.
