Abstract

APARELHO DE LAMINAÇÃO E MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO DE LAMINAÇÃO E LINGOTAMENTO CONTÍNUO. Dispositivo de laminação a quente compreende: uma parte de fornecimento de peça fundida; um laminador a quente; que está unido à parte de fornecimento de peça fundida, para receber e laminar a quente a peça fundida; e uma unidade de aquecimento que está disposta entre a parte de alimentação de peça fundida e o laminador a quente, para reaquecer uma parte da superfície externa na direção da largura da peça fundida enquanto o calor latente é mantido na parte central na direção da largura da peça fundida a partir de preaquecimento. Um dispositivo para lingotamento contínuo/laminação a quente compreende: um dispositivo de lingotamento contínuo para produzir uma peça fundida; um laminador a quente conectado ao dispositivo de lingotamento contínuo de modo a receber a peça fundida; e uma unidade de aquecimento, que é posicionada na extremidade dianteira do laminador a quente, para aquecer repetidamente a peça fundida em uma pluralidade de pontos, de modo a aquecer uniformemente a peça fundida. Método para lingotamento/laminação a quente compreende: uma etapa de lingotamento contínuo de produção de uma peça fundida; uma etapa de aquecimento uniforme para aquecer repetidamente a peça fundida a partir de uma pluralidade de pontos na direção de transporte da peça fundida; e uma etapa de laminação a quente de redução da peça fundida após a etapa de aquecimento uniforme.
