Abstract
a invenção se refere a um processo para o enriquecimento, com carotenoides e proteínas, de uma biomassa de uma microalga cultivada sob condições heterotróficas, em que a referida microalga é do gênero chlorella , que compreende a cultura da referida microalga em um meio mínimo complementado com uma fonte de nitrogênio na forma orgânica, preferencialmente escolhida do grupo que consiste em extrato de leveduras, licor da maceração do milho, e uma sua combinação.
