Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de ferro gusa líquido (1), no qual os materiais de carga (2) contendo óxido de ferro são reduzidos por meio de um gás de redução (5) em uma pri-meira fábrica de redução (4) para formar um primeiro produto de ferro parcialmente reduzido (3) e são fundidos em um gaseificador de fusão (11) para formar o ferro gusa líquido (1), onde o gás de redução gasto (5) é introduzido como gás de exportação (6) para dentro de uma se-gunda fábrica de redução (7), e onde um gás contendo enxofre (13) é introduzido juntamente com um gás contendo oxigênio (9) e¿ou junta-mente com a poeira (16) no gaseificador de fusão (11) e¿ou para dentro da linha de gás de redução (12). a invenção se refere adicionalmente a um dispositivo para a realização do processo. é, portanto, possível que o gás contendo enxofre (13) seja utilizado para a produção de ferro gusa líquido (1), ou dri, com um aumento simultâneo na produtividade, sem danificar o ambiente ou afetar de forma adversa a qualidade do ferro gusa líquido (1) ou do dri.
