resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo mantenedor de abertura e embalagem que tem o mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para reter de maneira seletiva uma abertura de uma embalagem em uma configuração aberta e uma embalagem que inclui o dispositivo aplicado a um corpo da embalagem. o dispositivo inclui uma tira circunferencial com emendas laterais formadas como dobradiças. uma ou mais abas estendem-se em uma primeira direção axial a partir de uma borda superior da tira circunferencial nas emendas laterais. cada aba é acoplada à tira circunferencial com uma dobradiça. as abas são pivotáveis em torno das dobradiças em direções opostas afastadas do eixo da abertura para as respectivas posições dobradas, o que impede que o dispositivo seja dobrado nas emendas laterais e retenha uma configuração aberta escancarada do dispositivo e da embalagem.
