Abstract

resumo “pistão para uma válvula de controle de ar comprimido” a presente invenção se refere a um pistão (40, 40’, 40’’, 40’’’), para, por exemplo, uma válvula de controle (110) em um sistema de ar comprimido de um veí-culo, o qual pode ser alojado em um cilindro (92) de forma axialmente deslocável ao longo de um eixo central longitudinal (68), de forma que separa um primeiro com-partimento de cilindro (64) de um segundo compartimento de cilindro (66), o qual (40, 40’, 40’’, 40’’’) apresenta uma ranhura anular circunferencial (42) com uma ge-ometria de seção transversal aproximadamente retangular, na qual pode ser inseri-do um anel de vedação (50, 51), o qual pode ser colocado na superfície de revesti-mento interna (90) do cilindro (92) com a respectiva extremidade livre assim como, após a respectiva inserção na ranhura anular (42) do pistão (40, 40’, 40’’, 40’’’), con-juntamente com pelo menos uma parede de ranhura (44, 46) delimita pelo menos um compartimento auxiliar de pressão (52; 54). além disso, de acordo com a presen-te invenção está previsto que o pistão (40) apresenta pelo menos uma abertura axial (38, 39, 70, 72) na região da respectiva ranhura anular (42), em que a abertura liga o pelo menos um compartimento auxiliar de pressão (52; 54) ao primeiro ou ao se-gundo compartimento de cilindro (64, 66) associado. assim é estabelecida a ligação pneumática ou hidráulica independente de eventuais deformações geométricas do anel de vedação (50, 51) entre pelo menos um compartimento de cilindro (64, 66) e o compartimento auxiliar de pressão (52, 54) associado, de forma que é assegurada uma operação isenta de falhas.
