Abstract
CONSTRUTO DE DNA, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA, MÉTODO DE DETECÇÃO DA PRESENÇA DE UMA MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, PAR DE INICIADORES DE POLINUCLEOTÍDIO, EVENTO DE MILHO, MÉTODO DE DETECÇÃO DA PRESENÇA DO DNA E KIT PARA DETECTAR ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS. A presente invenção fornece composições de DNA que se referem a plantas de milho resistentes a insetos transgênicos. São também fornecidos testes para detectar a presença do evento de milho DP-032218-9 com base na sequência de DNA do construto recombinante inserido no genoma do milho e as sequências de DNA que flanqueiam o sítio de inserção. The present invention provides DNA compositions that relate to maize plants resistant to transgenic insects. Also provided are tests to detect the presence of the maize event DP-032218-9 based on the DNA sequence of the recombinant construct inserted into the maize genome and the DNA sequences flanking the insertion site. Useful kits and conditions for carrying out the tests are provided.
