Abstract
resumo processo para fracionamento de biomassa lignocelulósica a presente invenção provê um processo para fracionamento de biomassa lignocelulósica, compreendendo: contato da biomassa com s2, água e, opcionalmente, um primeiro solvente, para produzir sólidos intermediários; então, contato dos sólidos intermediários com s2, água, e um segundo solvente, para produzir sólidos ricos em celulose e uma fase líquida compreendendo hemiceluloses e lignina. a primeira concentração de s2 pode ser menor ou maior que a segunda concentração de s2. é desejável variar as concentrações de s2 e solvente em diferentes estágios para otimizar a remoção de hemicelulose versus lignina. o material rico em celulose resultante pode conter hemicelulose muito baixa, lignina muito baixa, ou hemicelulose muito baixa e lignina baixa. celulose de alta pureza é útil para produzir glicose assim como para produtos ou derivados de celuloses. as hemiceluloses podem ser hidrolisadas para produzir açúcares monoméricos, e a lignina pode ser recuperada como um co-produto. 1/1
