resumo “processo para tratamento de biomassa” esta invenção visa a um processo para tratamento de biomassa. a biomassa é tratada com um agente expansor da biomassa dentro de um recipiente para expandir ou romper pelo menos uma parte da biomassa. uma parte do agente expansor é removida da primeira extremidade do recipiente após o tratamento. então, o vapor é introduzido em uma segunda extremidade do recipiente, que é diferente da primeira extremidade, para remover ainda o agente expansor do recipiente de modo que o agente expansor saia do recipiente com um teor de água relativamente baixo.
