Abstract
1/1 resumo dispositivo regulador e método relacionado a um dispositivo regulador para controle de uma unidade de acoplamento viscoso a invenção compreende um dispositivo de regulação (2) para um visco-acoplamento (4) que é dotado de um disco primário (6) e um disco secundário (8), o disco primário tendo uma primeira velocidade de rotação (10) e o disco secundário uma segunda velocidade de rotação (12), cujo dispositivo de regulação (2) é adaptado para receber sinais que representam ditas velocidades de rotação e um grau de engate desejado (14), e para calcular o grau de engate que prevalece (15) entre o disco primário e o disco secundário como a relação entre ditas segunda e primeira velocidades de rotação (12, 10). o grau de engate entre os discos é controlado pelo dispositivo de regulação com base para em um grau de engate desejado (14) regulando uma quantidade de óleo viscoso entre eles distribuindo um sinal de controle (16) para uma unidade bomba de óleo (18) que é adaptada para bombear óleo (20) para o visco-acoplamento (4) em resposta ao sinal de controle. se o grau de engate desejado (14) é maior do que um nível superior ajustável (22) o dispositivo de regulação é adaptado para regular o engate do visco-acoplamento de acordo com uma primeira estratégia de regulação que envolve trocar de maneira alternada o sinal de controle (16) primeiro gerando um sinal de controle para a unidade bomba de óleo para en- gate máximo e daí em diante quando o grau de engate tenha sido substancialmente constante por mais do que uma primeira quantidade de tempo predeterminada (at1) trocar o sinal de controle para efetuar um grau de engate abaixo de dito nível superior (22) até que o grau de engate não seja mais substancialmente constante.
