resumo patente de invenção: "método para determinar/facilitar a determinação do recurso pucch e aparelho do mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a determinação de um recurso de pucch do canal de controle de ligação ascendente física para um equipamento de usuário e um equipamento de usuário correspondente, e um método para facilitar a determinação de um recurso de pucch para um equipamento de usuário e uma estação de base correspondente. na presente invenção, um valor de índice para um elemento de canal de controle ce programado para o equipamento de usuário em um canal de controle aprimorado de ligação descendente física e-pdcch é primeiramente adquirido e em seguida, com base no valor de índice e um primeiro parâmetro, o recurso de pucch usado para transmitir o feedback harq do equipamento de usuário com relação ao seu pdsch correspondente é determinado, o primeiro parâmetro representando um valor de referência que deve ser utilizado durante a determinação do recurso de pucch usado para transmitir o feedback harq do equipamento de usuário com relação ao seu pdsch correspondente, caso haja agendamento do ce para o equipamento de usuário no e-pdcch.
