Abstract

resumo “método para a coleta de material celular e instalação para desempenho de referido método” em um método para a coleta de material celular a partir de um prato de cul-tura, tem-se o deslocamento de um instrumento de coleta em sentido ao material celular. o contato entre o instrumento e o material celular é determinado pela con-dução das medições capacitivas. após o contato, o instrumento é removido do material celular. em um conjunto voltado para a execução do referido método, um suporte feito de material eletricamente condutivo suporta o prato. um dispositivo de medição determina a capacidade elétrica inicial do sistema composto de instrumento de coleta e suporte em uma posição inicial do instrumento, e determina a capacidade elétrica do sistema quando abaixando o instrumento em sentido ao prato. o dispositivo de medição proporciona com sinais representativos da capacidade elétrica junto ao controlador, o qual compreende de um comparador voltado para desempenhar uma comparação da capacidade elétrica durante o abaixamento do instrumento com a capacidade elétrica inicial. o controlador con-trola o posicionamento do instrumento, pelo menos, com base nesta comparação.
