Abstract

MÉTODO DE DETERMINAÇÃO DE DEFEITOS EM UMA FIXAÇÃO DE RAIZ DE LÂMINA DE TURBINA EÓLICA E FERRAMENTA DE MEDIÇÃO PARA DETERMINAÇÃO DE DEFEITOS EM UMA FIXAÇÃO DE RAIZ DE LÂMINA DE TURBINA EÓLICA. A presente invenção refere-se a orifícios de referência (20) que são selecionados no extensor de lâmina (200) e uma ou mais placas de referência (300; 310) são fornecidos em uma altura (h1; h2) a partir do flange de extensor (21). Um dispositivo de laser de referência (400, 410) é fornecido dentro dos orifícios de referência (20), cujo feixe (400', 410'), impingindo nas placas de referência (300, 310), está em alinhamento com o eixo geométrico do orifício (20'). Um orifício de raiz de lâmina (10) é selecionado e um dispositivo de laser (500') impingindo nas placas (300, 310) está em alinhamento com o eixo geométrico do orifício de raiz de lâmina (10'). O feixe de laser de medição (500') pode ser então determinado. Uma ferramenta de medição (700) é utilizada possuindo uma primeira extremidade (715) à qual os dispositivos de laser (400, 410, 500) podem ser fixados ou outros dispositivos, tal como um comparador (600), e uma segunda extremidade móvel (720) para ser inserida nos orifícios correspondente (10, 20) com um encaixe justo.
