The device also comprises a housing; such as a capacitor and a volume reducing member positioned within the housing. The member is configured to reduce the cross-sectional area of the volume at which water is heated in the enclosure. The device may also contain a refrigerant coil positioned adjacent to the volume in which water is heated in the enclosure; the refrigerant coil contains a refrigerant material received from the compressor, said refrigerant material heats water to the volume in which water is heated in the enclosure.
