Abstract
extração de gás quente para vaporização de reagente e outros sistemas de gás aquecido. trata-se de um método para extrair gás quente de exaustão de uma chaminé de exaustão e usar sua energia térmica para vaporizar reagente reativos aquosos, como amônia aquosa ou para fornecer uma mistura de gás de processo de ar aquecido. o ar comprimido fornece força motriz para induzir um vácuo em um dispositivo de ejetor venturi que retira gás quente de exaustão (gás quente) da chaminé de exaustão. em uma modalidade, o gás quente é retirado para o interior de uma unidade de vaporizador. a energia térmica no gás quente vaporiza o reagente aquoso injetado. a mistura vaporizada é retirada para o interior do ejetor e é arrastada no ar motriz. a mistura de vapor de reagente diluída é injetada de volta no interior da chaminé de exaustão para auxiliar o processo de redução catalítica seletiva (scr) e reduzir o óxido de nitrogênio (nox).
