Abstract
PRÉ-IMPREGNADO, SEUS PROCESSOS DE PRODUÇÃO E DE AUMENTO DE TEMPERATURA E MATERIAL COMPÓSITO CURADO. A invenção refere-se a um pré-impregnado que compreende uma camada estrutural de fibras condutoras compreendendo resina termoendurecível nos interstícios, e a uma primeira camada externa de resina compreendendo resina termoendurecível, e compreendendo uma população de filamentos livres condutores localizados na interface entre a camada estrutural e a camada de resina externa que, quando curada sob temperatura elevada, produz um material composto curado que compreende uma camada estrutural de fibras condutoras curadas embaladas e uma primeira camada externa de resina curada, a camada externa de resina curada, compreendendo uma proporção da população de filamentos livres condutores nela dispersos, e para um processo para a fabricação de pré-impregnados em que as fibras eletricamente condutoras passam por um meio de destruição de fibras para fazer com que uma proporção das fibras sobre uma fase externa da folha se torne filamentos livres.
