Abstract

separador de filme descendente para decomposição de carbamato. a presente invenção está correlacionada a um separador (sn) para decomposição de carbamato e amônia, mais recuperação de dióxido de carbono de uma solução de uréia (u), em que o referido procedimento é realizado mediante um trocador de calor tipo casco e tubo, onde um filme líquido descendente de solução de uréia e um fluxo gasoso em contracorrente de um meio de absorção são alimentados a um feixe de tubos de superfície aquecida (6); o meio de absorção, tal como, dióxido de carbono, é distribuído dentro dos tubos (6) por meio de uma pluralidade de tubos ascendentes de gás (32); os tubos ascendentes de gás são preferivelmente associados a uma bandeja perfurada (30) em uma câmara de base (11) do separador. a reforma de um separador convencional de co2 é também divulgada.
