Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA TUBULAÇÃO QUE POSSA SER AQUECIDA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma tubulação que pode ser aquecida que, por exemplo, pode ser utilizada como tubulação-SCR, produzida por meio de um processo, o qual compreende as seguintes etapas: a) Extrusão de uma tubulação de duas camadas com uma camada interna eletricamente isolante e uma primeira camada eletricamente condutora. b) Pelo menos, dois condutores de corrente como eletrodos são enrolados em torno de uma camada espiralada eletricamente condutora. c) A primeira camada eletricamente condutora com os condutores de corrente enrolados é, opcionalmente, aquecida, de modo que torne-se flexível na superfície e que assim os condutores sejam amolgados e integrados na camada. d) por meio de extrusão, é aplicada uma segunda camada de composto de moldagem eletricamente condutor, no qual a espessura desta camada é de 0,1 até 1,5 mm, de preferência, 0,2 até 1 mm e, particularmente preferencial, de 0,2 até 0,8 mm. e) É aplicado um revestimento externo de um material sintético eletricamente isolante. A linha de tubulação apresenta a vantagem de que pode ser suprimida, de modo eficaz, uma diminuição da potência de aquecimento durante o período de tempo de vida útil.
