Abstract

Aparelho inteligente de bombeamento hidráulico, válvula de fechamento de fundo e método para recuperação de petróleo e a obtenção e registro de informação de fundo do reservatório. A invenção refere-se a um aparelho inteligente de bombeamento hidráulico para produção de petróleo, registro de pressões de temperatura, fechamento temporal, restauração de pressões, e igualação de pressões em uma operação única e simples. O aparelho inteligente de bombeamento hidráulico da presente invenção compreende uma montagem de bomba de jato, acoplada a uma válvula de fechamento de fundo, e está acoplada a um porta-sensores, formando um conjunto integral monobloco. A incorporação de uma válvula de fechamento de fundo à bomba de jato da presente invenção é um avanço tecnológico não conhecido na indústria de petróleo, tanto por seu desenho como por seu funcionamento, já que o fechamento é gerado por um sistema de pistão e duas esferas. A recuperação do aparelho inteligente é gerada pela abertura de uma passagem ao injetar um fluido motriz em sentido inverso a uma pressão baixa (100 a 500 psi (0,69 a 3,45,mpa)).
