,"MéTODO DE FABRICAR PNEUS PNEUMáTICOS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, INSTALAçãO PARA FABRICAR PNEUS PNEUMáTICOS, E, APARELHO PARA REALIZAR UMA VULCANIZAçãO PARCIAL DE UM PNEU PNEUMáTICO VERDE". é divulgado um método de fazer pneus pneumáticos para rodas de veículo no qual, durante a construção do pneu sobre um suporte toroidal (10), no mínimo uma etapa de vulcanização parcial é introduzida, dita etapa possibilitando que o tempo de produção global seja reduzido, reduzindo o tempo global da etapa de moldagem final e vulcanização, ao mesmo tempo que mantém os aspectos do talão e a (s) lona (s) de carcaça ligadas a ele como descrito nas especificações de projeto. Mais particularmente, construindo no mínimo uma estrutura de carcaça sobre dito suporte toroidal (10) e submetendo esta última a uma primeira etapa de vulcanização ao mesmo tempo que exercendo uma pressão a partir do exterior para o interior da própria estrutura é obtida uma estrutura de carcaça no mínimo parcialmente vulcanizada, a qual é estável em sua geometria e adequada para completar a construção do pneu. Em seguida, uma segunda etapa de vulcanização, acompanhada por moldagem da banda de rodagem e dos costados, permitem que seja obtido um pneu acabado em um período de tempo global mais reduzido.
