Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS DE UM HIDROCARBONETO". Um processo para a produção de olefinas de um hidrocarboneto compreendendo as etapas de: a) passar uma primeira corrente de alimentação compreendendo reagentes gasosos para a primeira zona de reação em que ditos reagentes gasosos reagem exotermicamente para fornecerem uma corrente de produto; b) produzir uma corrente de alimentação misturada compreendendo oxigênio passando a corrente de produto produzida na etapa (a) e uma segunda corrente de alimentação compreendendo carga de alimentação de hidrocarboneto para uma zona de mistura e em que oxigênio é passado para a zona de mistura por meio de um ou mais de (i) a segunda corrente de alimentação compreendendo uma carga de alimentação de hidrocarboneto e (ii) uma terceira corrente compreendendo um gás contendo oxigênio; c) passar a corrente de alimentação misturada diretamente para uma segunda zona de reação essencialmente adiabática em que a ausência de uma catalisador de metal de grupo de platina suportado em uma segunda zona de reação que não contem qualquer material catalítico que é capaz de suportar combustão além do limite rico em combustível normal de flamabilidade, pelo menos uma parte do oxigênio e consumido e um corrente compreendendo olefinas é produzido. d) resfriar a corrente compreendendo olefinas saindo da segunda zona de reação para menos que 650<198>C dentro de menos que 150 milisegundos de formação.
