Abstract

"PRODUTO REFORçADO DE PAPEL E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Produto de papel composto possuindo no mínimo uma camada interna e uma externa de papel padrão unidas entre si e uma rede de fibras trançadas em filamentos para formar um produto de papel reforçado. A rede de fibras trançadas em filamentos possui um primeiro jogo de fibras trançadas em filamentos estendendo-se em uma primeira direção e um segundo jogo de fibras trançadas em filamentos se sobrepondo ao primeiro jogo e estendendo-se em uma segunda direção. Em várias configurações o segundo jogo de fibras trançadas em filamento se sobrepõe em direções diagonais opostas enquanto encobrindo o primeiro jogo geralmente na paralela transversa das fibras trançadas em filamentos. Uma composição aglutinante é usada para colar as várias fibras e camadas de papel juntas para produzir uma folha unitária do papel composto reforçado.
