Abstract

"êMBOLO INTEIRIçO COM CANAL DE REFRIGERAçãO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um êmbolo inteiriço com canal de refrigeração para um motor de combustão interna com uma cabeça de êmbolo (1) forjada de aço que compreende uma cavidade de combustão (3) no fundo do êmbolo (2), uma parede anelar (4) com parte anelar (11) e um canal de refrigeração (7) fechado perimetral na altura da parte anelar (11), sendo que uma haste de êmbolo (9) é unida com os cubos (12) suspensos na cabeça do êmbolo (1), pretende-se obter uma fabricação barata com uma refrigeração melhorada e uma boa estabilidade de forma do embolo pelo fato de que o canal de refrigeração (7) possui furos (14) distribuídos na sua circunferência, voltados para o fundo do êmbolo (2), com distâncias tais entre si que o material de êmbolo existente entre os furos (14) forma nervuras de suporte (8) para o fundo do êmbolo (2).
