Abstract
"COMPOSTOS PIPERIDINIL-IMIDAZOPIRIDINA NSUBSTITUìDA COMO MODULADORES DE RECEPTORES 5-HT~ 4~". A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de fórmula (I): onde R^ 1^ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um átomo de halogêneo; R^ 2^ representa um átomo de hidrogênio, etc; R^ 3^ representa um grupo alquila com desde 1 até 10 átomos de carbono; onde o referido grupo alquila em R^ 3 ^ é substituído por pelo menos um substituinte selecionado de um grupo consistindo em substituintes (x, os referidos substituintes a são selecionado de um grupo consistindo em grupos arila, grupos hidróxi, grupos oxo, etc; os referidos grupos arila com 6 a 10 átomos de arbono, os referidos grupos heterocíclicos e porções hetecíclicas nos grupos heterociclicarbonilas são grupos cíclicos e 5- a 10-membros contendo desde 1 a 4 heteroátomos selecionados de um grupo consistindo em átomos de nitrogênio, etc.; ou uma amida desse composto famaceuticamente aceitável, ou um éster desse composto famaceuticamente aceitável, e seus sais desse composto famaceuticamente aceitáveis.
