Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM FIO, FIO TORCIDO DOBRADO RESISTENTE A CORTES, TECIDOS, PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE TECIDO E ROUPA DE COMBATE A INCêNDIO". Um fio torcido dobrado útil em tecidos resistentes a cortes é produzido mediante a formação de um primeiro fio de múltiplos filamentos de filamentos orgânicos contínuos que têm uma resistência à tração de pelo menos 4 gramas por denier e que têm uma torção em uma primeira direção de 0,5 a 10 voltas por polegada; a formação de um segundo fio que compreende um a cinco filamentos inorgânicos contínuos; e uma torcedura com dobra do primeiro fio e do segundo fio um em torno do outro de duas a quinze voltas por polegada em uma segunda direção oposta àquela da torção no primeiro fio, para formar um fio torcido dobrado que tem uma torção eficaz total de +/- 5 voltas por polegada.
