Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE áCIDO ORGâNICO". Um novo método é fornecido pelo qual um ácido orgânico livre pode ser produzido particularmente a partir de um sal de amónio de um ácido orgânico tendo um ponto de ebulição elevado obtenível pela bioconversão de uma fonte de carbono na presença de um agente de neutralização, eficientemente em um custo baixo, e o material usado para a reação e um subproduto podem ser reciclados para a reutilização sem ser disposto. Um sal de amónio do ácido orgânico A tal como um ácido dicarboxílico, um ácido tricarboxílico ou um aminoácido é submetido à cristalização reativa por meio do ácido B como um ácido monocarboxílico que satisfaz a seguinte fórmula (1), para separar o ácido orgânico A livre na forma sólida: pKa (A) <243> pKa (B) (1) onde pKa (A) e pKa (B) representam índices de ionização do ácido orgânico A e do ácido B, respectivamente, contanto que quando eles tiverem valores plurais, eles representam o pKa mínimo entre eles. O licor-mãe de cristalização após a precipitação e separação do ácido orgânico A é, após separação do ácido B e depois um sal de amónio do ácido B, reciclado para uso na etapa de cristalização reativa. O sal de amónio do ácido B é decomposto em ácido B e amónia, os quais são reciclados para uso na etapa de cristalização reativa e como um agente de neutralização na etapa de bioconversão, respectivamente.
