A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de enchimento de reforço de polímero condutor e método de emprego para fixar ou refixar postes de utilidade pública que são descritos. O material de enchimento de reforço é eficaz para simultaneamente reforçar e eletricamente aterrar o poste de utilidade pública.
