Abstract
"SENSOR DE TOQUE COM PADRãO DE ELETRODO APERFEIçOADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sensor de toque que inclui um substrato com uma região de toque, e uma cadeia de resistor em série para criar campos elétricos através da região de toque. A cadeia de resistor compreende uma pluralidade de eletrodos condutores que formam resistores sobrepostos entre os mesmos. Os eletrodos possuem partes internas que são separadas por junções. O sensor de toque também inclui regiões isolantes entre a região de toque e a cadeia de resistor. As regiões isolantes são separadas por espaços para fornecer uma pluralidade de trajetórias condutoras para a região de toque, desse modo minimizando a ondulação não-linear ao longo dos lados fornecedor do substrato. Alguns dos espaços são espaços de junção que são formados entre a região de toque e as junções. Ilhas eletricamente condutoras são colocadas dentro dos espaços de junção para fornecer um nó elétrico dentro de cada espaço de junção, desse modo impedindo agrupamento de linhas eq³ipotenciais dentro da junção, e minimizando ondulação não-linear ao longo dos lados não-fornecedor do substrato.
