Abstract

"INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Injetor de combustível para vaporização de um combustível líquido para uso em um motor de combustão interna. O injetor de combustível inclui pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar, a pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar tendo uma extremidade de entrada e uma extremidade de saída, a passagem de fluxo capilar compreende um canal formado dentro de um corpo monolítico produzido a partir de um material selecionado do grupo consistindo de cerâmica, polímeros, metais e compostos dos mesmos ou um corpo cerâmico em multi-camadas, uma válvula de controle de fluido para colocação da extremidade de entrada da pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar em comunicação de fluido com a fonte de combustível liquido e introdução do combustível líquido em um estado substancialmente líquido, uma fonte de calor disposta ao longo da pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar, a fonte de calor operável para aquecer o combustível líquido na pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar para um nível suficiente para alterar pelo menos uma parte do mesmo do estado líquido para um estado de vapor e distribuir uma corrente de combustível substancialmente vaporizado a partir da extremidade de saída da pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar.
