Abstract

"PROCESSO CONTíNUO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM VEU COMPREENDENDO FILAMENTOS DE VIDRO, E, VéU". O processo de acordo com a invenção compreende: - uma etapa de obtenção de uma dispersão em uma água do processo de filamentos cortados que compreendem filamentos de vidro e fibras descontínuas de PVOH, depois - uma etapa de formação de um leito em um dispositivo de formação por passagem da dispersão sobre uma tela de formação através da qual é drenada a água do processo, a dita tela sendo uma esteira de passagem, os filamentos e as fibras sendo retidos sobre a dita tela, depois, - uma etapa de tratamento térmico do leito sobre uma esteira de passagem em um dispositivo de tratamento em estufa. As fibras de PVOH conferem solidez ao leito de fibras em formação. Este processo conduz a um véu que apresenta um nível de resistência à tração muito elevado para baixas taxas de agentes aglutinantes.
